A nationwide recall has been issued for Nestlé Frosted Shreddies, a popular breakfast cereal, due to a potential choking hazard. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has warned consumers against eating certain batches of the cereal after discovering small, hard lumps of sugar in the product.
Why Is Nestlé Frosted Shreddies Being Recalled?
Cereal Partners UK and Ireland, the manufacturers of Nestlé Frosted Shreddies, have initiated a voluntary recall after detecting dangerous lumps of sugar in 12 affected batches. These sugar lumps could pose a choking risk, making the product unsafe to eat.
The recall affects both:

✔ 40g mini boxes sold as part of the 210g Nestlé Box Bowl Mixed Cereals multipack
